Hired to replace two bathroom sinks, one toilet and related plumbing fixtures. Items were replaced with no damage to surrounding tile and functioned properly. However, in the process, not the plumbers fault, the sewer system became blocked and extensive roto-rooter work became required. Hired another provider for this work. Mike Rokus helped us through this process as the work became substantial. Chemicals from a photo dark room used by a former owner resulted in corrosion of main sewer vent etc. In cleaning lines or trying to unblock the corrosion came loose and blocked the whole system. There were no interior clean-outs and a portion of a wall had to be cut out, after being located, and some sewer line vent had to be replaced as well as additional roto-rootering. All systems are go. Job well done. Reasonably priced.
Description of Work: The good and the bad. The bad was not the plumbers work.
