Description of Work: My 9-year-old computer had crashed, and although I had backed it up, there were a few files on it that were not included in the back up - all my shortcuts, for example. He was very prompt, booted the thing up, transferred my shortcuts and favorites to a thumb drive and thence to my new computer. He did a bit of troubleshooting on the new computer, as well, since I could not get the "wireless" printer to work wirelessly. Despite his best efforts, we could not get it working. Michael diagnosed a faulty network card. The following day, I spent SIX HOURS on the phone with customer service, and they finally diagnosed a faulty network card. Michael was spot on.
