PRO CIRCUIT ELECTRIC

This is the second time I have had Pro Circuit to my house. First they beat the competition on price saving me money second they were very professional even the electrical inspector gave them a complement when he came out to inspect the work. Had them replace my panel, install a secondary breaker box so I could plug my generator in from the outside and they added a 220 outlet. The second time they came out was to move the 220 so it was closer to the rear of the car. Neat a pin when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

Great! Their quote was $1000 less than two other companies. They squeezed me into their schedule for part of the work so my kitchen remodel could stay on time. They scheduled the lighting work for a couple weeks later, showed up on time and did the work in a timely manner. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

It was great! They were very professional, on time, and made the outlet and switch work despite some weirdness with my house. The price was reasonable and they were able to finish within an hour.

Pro Circuit Electric was chosen by my HVAC vendor to do the electrical. They twice held up the schedule of work, drawing the process out several extra weeks. The second time being because they never pulled a permit causing city inspection to automatically not pass. No response from their office when I called to ask about this pretty important mistake. Instead spoke to the electrician James who was incredibly rude, cursed me out and took no responsibility on behalf of the business for their errors. Overall I felt Pro Circuit Electric was expensive, rude and in the long run slowed the entire schedule of this job. Horrible customer service bordering on completely disrespectful, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND them.

Dave answered my first call, got back to me when he said he would, and dispatched an electrician first thing the following morning. We had had a handyman replace some faulty ceiling lights the week before, but now they weren't working again, so we decided to get a licensed electrician (Pro-Circuit) to take a look. I had to pay for the first full hour (a fair policy), but after only 9 minutes, he determined that the handyman had put in the wrong florescent bulbs in the fixture, so no real "work" was needed (after all, how many electricians does it take to change a lightbulb, right??). He offered to go to the store and get the right ones, but since that's something I could do, he offered to take a look at several other nagging electrical issues around the house so I got full value for the hour I purchased. In the end, all my lights and fans are working great now, and I only paid for an hour for the house call. Courteous and easy to communicate with; I would contact them again.

I saw the name and phone number on the side of the truck. I called the number expecting to reach an office and he answered the phone while he was still driving.

You could tell you could trust him. Whatever he was telling me was right.

Communication, especially during a remodel, is soooo important. AND being there when the work needs to get done is also very important. For these two important reasons, I would definitely hire Pro Circuit Electric again. I am a broker for Better Homes and Gardens in Clackamas Oregon and in my line of work, when ever I come across a need for an electrician, I will definitely recommend Pro Circuit Electric to my clients and to my family.

Steve and Pro Circuit have been great to work with and I would use them again in the future without hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with electrical work.

He was excellent.

They couldn't have been nicer or done any better. They did the rough in on the remodel and came back for finish. They did everything I asked and didn't nickel and dime me. They were willing to come back and finish the work that was delayed by other contractors. I thought my daughter might need a new electrical panel, but they concluded that is was a wiring problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. They could have sold me a new panel and I would never have been the wiser, but that's not how this company functions. They are honest and really nice.

Very well. Dave's crew is very professional, they show up when they say they will, work efficiently, and clean up after themselves. There were a couple of things to fix on final inspection, and they were back out quickly to take care of them. I am a contractor and Dave has been one of my most reliable subs for 3 or 4 years.
