The reason for my low rating has nothing to do with my quartz countertops. It’s their business practice. They sent a guy out to laser measure. He pulled out my JennAir range placing a thumb into the oven light paddle switch. I took pictures asap and sent them to Sherry at Precision. She after weeks & weeks is calling me a liar in spite of my prolonged pleas. Nice work but low quality office staff! That is a shame.
