Excellent. It took a little longer than I anticipated, but the electrician did beautiful work and after we examined it together it made sense to me. It would have taken me twice or three times as long and I'm not sure it would be up to code.!

Excellent customer service, on time, efficient, and professional. Mark was easy to work with, made sure we understood all work that was being done. Cleaned work area and was very careful to follow requested disinfecting protocol, due to covid-19, we requested. A+++ would definitely receive return business from us.

Great! Mark was very careful removing the current chandelier & box, to a new location on my vaulted ceiling & installing the new chandelier (which he put together); covering the old hole with a plate. It works great! He even helped clean up debris.

Dave provided excellent overall work and service. The best electrician that we have used.

Plus: Electrician was wonderful. Fixed the outlet quickly and was very personable. Discussed adding LED lights in a bedroom, hallway and living room. Con: Waited a week for appointment. Should have asked their rates. Cost of $155 for just a few minutes work was rather excessive. Would have been $175, but since I found their name on Angies list, I got a $25 discount. Charged extra for a new plug-in and faceplate. I would have hired them again if the charge was for a half hour and included the outlet for such a small job. I shutter to think what it would cost for do any future projects with them. For upcoming projects, I'll check around more thoroughly for electrical services.

Matt came on time and did a splendid job. He was very efficient and carefully explained everything that he was doing or needed to do. He's also a very nice guy. The office staff at ON is also very knowledgeable and efficient. The estimates are based on time and parts. Because Matt really knew his business and the job was not as complex as it could have been, the time and cost were well under the estimate originally given. A nice surprise. I'd certainly hire him and ON Electric again.

Mark arrived on time and discussed what needed to be done. He went to work and did an excellent job. Mark was professional, and did a great job of answering my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. He cleaned up everything before he left. I will hire On Electric for all of my future electrical needs.

Electrician arrived a little early and completed installations in less than two hours as planned. Everything went well although one fixture arrived from the supplier with a broken piece; he showed us how to reinstall the replacement piece when it arrives and also offered to come back and do it as part of the original job if we had any problems.

On Electric provided us with a mid-range bid (not the lowest or highest bid we received), and was able to schedule us promptly. We had an 8:00 am appointment, and Mark of On Electric showed up on time (5 mins early, actually) and ready to go. He listened to what we wanted, provided a few options describing costs (that fell within the bid range) and potential impacts to drywall, and modified the suggestions further based on our feedback. Mark was kind, efficient, and the final job is flawless. We will use On Electric for all future electrical work .

Mark is a Southern gentleman that as an Electrician, knows his craft well. He did a super job for us and would definitely hire him again.

The electrician was prompt ( a little early in fact). He was polite, professional, and also a welder which meant he understood exactly what I needed. He was very fast and completed the job in less than 2 hours. The outlet installation was neat and placed exactly where I wanted it. If I ever need electrical work again they will be my first call.

Mark was excellent- he showed up on time, kept the project under budget and ahead of schedule. Did the work as requested, and went above and beyond with it. He was cautious, and accommodating of the awful wiring done by previous owners without a single complaint. He completely cleaned up after himself (And even after another sub that left a bit of a mess). I'll be asking for Mark by name in the future- GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!

Decided on On Electric versus their competitors who gave total job estimates and it paid off. Not only did they send me, Mark, a true electrical rockstar, but he performed the work quickly, saving me hundreds. After work was performed, the outlets were tested and workspace was cleaned up impeccably. Mark was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. On Electric is very transparent with their pricing too. I’ll be using them for all my electrical work in the future.
