I called and spoke with a woman operating a messaging service. She told me that I would need to talk to Vanessa, as she's the scheduler. I left a message on Vanessa's voicemail, but wasn't important enough to receive a call back. Why do companies bother to advertise on Angie's List, and then not follow up on calls? A waste of time.

Brandon was able to fix both of my light switch issues quickly. I also asked him to fix a light in my basement which wasn't working. He quickly found that it was tied into a GFI, which had tripped. He also looked at my other lights and discovered an extension cord hidden underneath some ceiling insulation. There was another extension cord as well, but it was exposed so it didn't pose the same fire hazard. After assessing all the lights in my basement, in addition to removing the extension cords, Brandon asked if I would like to have all of them connected to the same switch. I agreed so now I can turn on all of my basements lights at once. I'm also very grateful he found the extension cord issue. Someone had actually exposed one end of the extension cord and used it to wire another light fixture. Brandon never pushed any extra work but I so appreciate his giving me options and looking for safety issues!

Wonderfully. No problems. He even cleaned the areas afterwards and left no trash behind. The company was recently purchased by ON Electric. The electrician who installed the fans has worked for Kekort and is now working for ON Electric.

Our service man was able to quickly troubleshoot the error in our wiring and was able to correct it under 3 hours. I little pricey, but I'm very satisfied on the efficiency and the fact that our house have heat again!

Mark was excellent; very competent, efficient and mindful of cost. He was professional yet seemed genuinely interested in solving my problems. Here is what he did: Mark came twice, the first time to give advice I needed on how to get these problems fixed quickly and economically. The first fan needed to be replaced and he gave me a good recomendation. The pendant light problem had been a mystery for a long time but Mark confirmed that the problem was in the fixture itself, not the wiring in the ceiling. He also confirmed that the track light was defective and, again not a problem with the wiring in the ceiling. The track light was fairly new and still under warranty so that was easy. The 2nd fan problem - the light cover just fell off the fan light fixture some months ago and broke. So, I merely wanted to find a new light cover. On the 2nd visit, Mark assembled and installed the fan he recommended, done in about 30 minutes. He also installed the wiring for the pendant light (which I'm having repaired elsewhere) in about 5 minutes. Regarding the broken light cover on the 2nd fan (about 13 feet high) I merely wanted him to see what the make and model # was so I could order a new cover. Well, Mark discovered that a part of the broken light cover was still attached to the fixture. He removed the cover and replaced it with the cover from the 1st fan! Done in 5 minutes.

It was fine. The electrician installed several lights and bathroom fans, but I was disappointed that the electrician said he wasn't able to fix our doorbell because there was a short somewhere in the wall. If the electrician can't fix it then I'm not sure what we're supposed to do!

Shawn and Tyson were wonderful to work with! I was able to get same day service and Tyson kept me up to date on his arrival time. Very happy with his work, project took about 90 minutes. Would hire again.
