Description of Work: Totally unsatisfactory. I contacted them by email to schedule the Big Deal work and 48 hours later they haven't responded. I shouldn't have to contact a Big Deal provider more than once. We will try to find someone more customer oriented to do the work.

Description of Work: We have an older home that we wanted to update some of the electrical system. They came out and did an inspection and talked to us about the possible options that we have. They also pointed out areas of the existing system that were not up to code. They were very informative and were able to answer any questions that we asked them in a way that it was easy to understand. We had them make the upgrades and fixed the areas that were not up to code.

Description of Work: My lights (dining room and occasionally bedroom light) would flicker when the heat pump started up. I wanted to know if there was anything wrong with the electrical wiring, electrical panel, etc. The gentleman came out on time, checked the electrical panel and also asked me to turn the heat up so that the heat pump would start up. He spent 1-1/4 hours going over everything and could not find anything wrong other than to suggest that this may improve if I would update my electrical furnace (the furnace is 40+ and actually I am planning on doing that this year - but he did not know that prior to the service call). He allayed my fears regarding fire or any other severe problem that may rise.
