Good communication. Knowledgeable and reasonable in price.

We had a great experience working with Matt. He's professional and very good at what he does. He came up with some great ideas and really listened to what we were asking for when coming up with his final drawings/plans for our project. I would definitely work with Matt again.

It was very good. He was a design firm. He was very good. I was happy on what he gave me. I was on budget. He understood that. He could done more better to gave me more details. He gave me what I needed.

He did a good job. Matt designed and managed the build of my house. He did a wonderful job. He also designed an outdoor kitchen the patio cover for me. The 3D cad walk throughs are amazing.

We have worked with Matt off and on for the last 12 years. We first met him when he was the lead builder on an extensive remodel we did to our 1909 Portland four square home. He was involved at every level and worked for many months through the process. A few years later we decided to add a dormer to our attic and finish that. By then Matt was drawing plans, not just working construction. He designed that part of our remodel, which included some challenging aspects concerning engineering and roof lines. It turned out beautifully! We moved in 2018 to a 1950 mid-century modern home and needed to add on to it to make a larger office and add a laundry room. Matt, again, was our guy! As a builder AND as a designer he is just wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, focused, and creative. He listened carefully to what we wanted and worked hard to make it happen. He communicates quickly and is always where he says he will be. We will always consider hiring him if we need design work!
