+ -1 morePrep work was done well, and most of painting was done timely. When it came to wrapping up and correcting small details, Ignacio was difficult to pin down. I was lucky that I held back a significant portion of the fees, as I'm not sure it would have been done otherwise. In the end, he did what was promised and it turned out beautiful.
Description of Work: Painted a four color Victorian with extensive prep work.
