Once the gyrations were done to get the job scoped and completed they did a great job. I have used them in the past at another home and will use them again.

An appointment has been scheduled within the next 2 - 3 weeks. I will complete this section when the work is fone. When calling the office to schedule the appointment, the Representative was professional and pleasant. Roofing Specialist, Andrew, did a great job with the estimate, very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have him explain about my roof and the attic.

They know their business and do a great job. I would highly recommend this company to put a roof on your house and keep it clean.

Overall, Guardian did a great job. The Super, everyone at the office, and the site manager were all very professional and helpful. The roof is exactly as we wanted it, and it was certainly fair value for the money. I would have given 5 full stars except for a couple of things: 1) my project was planned a few weeks out, they still had to move the start date twice on the day(s) it was supposed to start; 2) the chimney rebuild was great, except they didn't cap the chimney, which let water in when it rained a few days later, and my wife had to point it out to the Super on his wrap-up visit/inspection - no one else caught it, including the guys who actually rebuilt the chimney; 3) still waiting on gutters to arrive (I could go pick them up myself at HD or Lowes), even though the work is done and was an original part of the order - it is going to be 5 or 6 days before they come back to add the gutters. Probably one of the easiest aspects of the job, which was part of the original work order, but is taking longer to finish than the roof itself. Is the roof awesome? Absolutely. Did Guardian do a great job? Yes. I would definitely hire Guardian again.

They arrived early to the estimate appointment, the estimate was reasonable (mid way between my high and low estimates) but were able to come the following day. Only bad thing was I wasn't informed using a credit card to pay would increase the fee by 2.5%. They redeemed this slight disappointment by waiting a week for payment so I could transfer funds accordingly and even came by to pick it up. I will wait for the rain to see if all is fixed.

Good friendly service. Examined the area where the water leaked. Find the cause and make a reason repair estimate. I accept and they are able to fix it right away in an hour and half with 1 year warranty. Happy with the job done.

Joe was great! I really liked the fact that he was the one who first came out to look at what was happening and what we wanted done, he was the one who did the work.

They were very professional, came and completed job when they said they would and cleaned up like they were never there. I was not able to get home to move things but nothing was damaged. Very great experience.

This company came over to our place and agreed to provide an estimate the following day but NEVER responded to my messages ever again. I tried to chase him for an update but he ignored my message and phone call. I am OK with not getting service from them but they're total lack of professionalism needs be noted. Would definitively not recommend.

Tait explained the details about project and very responsive toward are needs and wants for the cost and quality.

Both Travis [salesman] and Wilson were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The secretary on telephone was friendly and accommodating.

While the work quality was good, and the estimation project very responsive. The scheduling was very problematic with this company. My job was scheduled over two visits. The first visit, the contractor arrived 2 hours early. The second visit, the contractor failed to show and didn't call to inform me the morning job had gone long. It was only after I left messages asking that anyone contacted me. When I did hear back I was simply told we'll be there tomorrow without anyone asking whether that time worked for me. As this company had come so highly recommended and definitely isn't the best price in town, I'm surprised at how unprofessional the scheduling has been. Not sure I'd pay this much to be treated this way again.

Office staff were great about letting me know date/time work could be done. The gentleman who did the work was very efficient and seemed to have no trouble getting mold off 1st and 2nd story roofs without using high pressure wash. Returned second day to spray down all the moss etc., and apply moss control. Did an excellent job of cleaning up all the moss and debris that came off roof after spraying it down.

I expected the lob to take longer but the gentleman was very expedient & knowledgeable and was able to the complete job in 4 hours. He was also very cordial and answered all of my questions. If needed in the future, I will hire them in a heartbeat. Excellent company to work with!!!

Set the appointment for Thanksgiving week. They were able to come sooner! We were well pleased with everyone we had came in contact with. On the phone and in person.
