We just started the home buying process and Green Group practically fell into our lap. We have had the opportunity to interact with several members of the team and all of them have been nothing but positive and helpful. Ryan is now helping us hunt for our dream home, he has taken the time to create a list of or likes/dislikes and I'm sure we will be in our home before we know it. He has also introduced us to a lender and they have both worked to help us understand the process better.

Andy was a perfect find when it came to locating our home. He was patient and full of knowledge and we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. I felt bad when my dog nipped at him, but he kept trying to win her love!

I have used Green Group Real Estate for 6 transactions now, both in the capacity of buying and selling. I have had the pleasure of working with Darren Piper, Josh Friberg, and of course Andy Green. Consistently they have provided good council in navigating through the purchasing process in this "seller's market" we are in, as well as securing top dollar negotiating the sell of my homes. There was not a lot of inventory at my price point. Green Group was able to make sure I saw every house I wanted to see, from older construction to brand new, and I ended up making an offer a great home in a wonderful location. That first offer was accepted, and Green Group helped me complete the process simply, and with great communication. I was never unsure of where I was in the process. My friends told me of their nightmare stories, and in comparison, my experience was a dream! My daughter is now positioned to stay in her school district for all of her years of public school, and I am confident that my home will fetch a great price when I am ready to sell (with Green Group, of course.)

We worked with Darren from Green Group to buy a house, then later buy an empty lot and sell our house. The entire group works as a team and every time I go to the office I am greeted and helped immediately. Darren is thorough and extremely responsive, offering his contact info by email, cell phone and text message. If there was a time I called and it went to voicemail I would receive an immediate text message to inform me that he was either with a client or in a meeting and would return my call ASAP. He even kept in touch about listing my house while he was supposed to be on vacation. He has fantastic local knowledge and when we were looking for land he was willing to drive around for hours down gravel roads and in rural areas to walk the property with me. He was great at pointing out things I didn't necessarily think of such as the city's future plans to build a freeway on-ramp in the area. He has great relationships with other agents in the area and is able to get appointments for showings sometimes at last minute and works to get as much pertinent info from the selling agent as he can. The selling process with Green Group is very different from any other agency I've worked with in the past. After an initial face to face meeting they do a pre-marketing campaign to increase interest before it goes on the MLS. They also use professional photos for the listing, including aerial drone photos if needed and offer the use of a professional to help give you advice on how to "stage" your home for showings. I've personally worked with Darren 3 times in the last 2 years and recommended him to my parents who were looking to move to the area. I think its safe to say I would highly recommend Green Group to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. However I think first-time buyers would get particularly amazing benefits working with an agent like Darren. Especially if you're not sure what kind of due diligence you need to do before making or accepting an offer.

Let’s just say that we were not disappointed. They sold our home in just one day in which we also received multiple offers above our listing price.
