After seeing his work on another house in our neighborhood, we asked Jeremiah and his crew to install fans in our two bathrooms as well as some triangular windows. The fans and windows turned out well, however, the process took longer than we had anticipated as dry rot was found in our master shower, which shared a wall with one of our bedrooms. Since parts of the shower wall would have to be torn out anyway, we decided to have a new tiled shower put in and to have the bedroom and bathrooms repainted once they were done. All turned out beautifully. Throughout all of this Jeremiah and his crew were responsive, professional, personable, and their estimates were on target. We would gladly hire them back for future projects.

Jeremiah does outstanding tile work and always aims to do the job correctly. We had had a problem with our master shower floor tile installation from a house renovation in 2012. When we discovered that we were having a problem the original contractor told us he had fired his tile person and would bring in Jeremiah to see about fixing the problem as the house was still under their warranty. Jeremiah attempted to fix the problem while telling us and the original contractor that he believed the problem was bigger than they thought and that the shower pan and tile should be removed and completely reset. His fix didn't work and he came out a couple of more time to attempt different fixes as the original contractor did not want to replace the pan and tile under the warranty. After the third or fourth attempt to fix the problem, we told Jeremiah and the contractor that we wanted Jeremiah to fix the problem correctly once and for all at our own expense. When Jeremiah tore into the floor tile and shower pan he exposed the problem as he had first suspected (bad installation by original tile installer) and set about to pour additional concrete, install new shower pan and re-tile the shower floor. Jeremiah's work was outstanding when we had him redo the whole floor as opposed to the band-aid the the original contractor wanted to keep doing. We have not had any problems since and the quality is very high. Jeremiah was honest about what he really thought the problem was and what it would take to fix it and it turned out he was right from the beginning. While he was there he noticed a problem with our bay window and recommended a friend of his who would do great work in fixing the window problem. We contacted his friend who determined that the job needed another specialist and brought him in to fix our problem very nicely. We appreciate this kind of service very much and would recommend Jeremiah and his associates very highly. They all did quality work for very reasonable prices and were very professional while in our home.
