Contrast Cleaning Services

We bought a Living Social Coupon for the service and I called and set up estimate. We were first quoted for power washing but the surface cleaning machine that was used also scrubed off the concrete stain, which was not disclosed to me. Since we were in the process of selling the house this added another project that I had to spend a day doing. The guy that did the work didn't check with me prior to leaving because I would have told him to give more attention to the stairs. After he left, I had to go with my garden hose to blast off the moss that was still in the cracks. When I hire someone to high pressure wash the front steps and wall, I don't expect to have to complete their job with a standard garden hose. I called about these concerns multiple times after the work was done and didn't get a call back until I got the bill two and a half months later. I would not use them again due to their lack of customer service and not finishing what they were hired to do.

I call them about 3 months in advance and they have never missed an appointment. They are very friendly on the phone and in person. They come on time and are friendly. Last time I left before they had finished and they let me pay the next day!

Brad, the owner, called me back within 24 hours, and came personally to do an estimate several days later. He was professional, pleasant, and his estimate was competitive. He scheduled a time to our convenience, and responded within 24 hours with an updated estimate when we changed our mind on one piece. Marc arrived at 8 a.m. and worked non-stop until well after sundown. He was back bright and early the next morning to do our windows. We hadn't had the house powerwashed or outside windows cleaned since we moved in 4 years ago. Marc brought it back to the way it looked when we moved in. He told us later that there was so many layers of moss on the roof, it likely hadn't been cleaned since it was built, but he persevered and got rid of it all. He cleaned everything up including washing down our patio. My husband and I are ecstatic by the results, and by how easy it is to work with this company. If you bought the Living Social deal, you might have to wait a while, but the wait is worth it. I would (and plan to) use this company again. I purchased a Living Social Coupon of $50 for $100 worth of pressure washing. I paid the difference since I added the fence and they charge by the square foot. The Contrast Cleaning guy came out to pressure wash and wasn't finished until after dark. In the dark it looked cleaned. Later on in the daylight, I noticed small holes in my sidewalk taht I had never seen before. I checked my neighbors sidewalks and they did not have those holes. When I first noticed the holes on the sidewalk, I carefully checked the patio and driveway and didn't see holes. However, now the holes seem to be rapidly developing. Last night I went out to use my patio and noticed 3 holes. I went to check the driveway and noticed holes there too. Both are made exposed aggregate. I have taken pictures of all the holes and they are getting worse on the sidewalk, driveway and patio. I am now having to get estimates to have the holes filled up and fixed.
