Description of Work: They come every other week to mow our grass, trim our hedges, and do general maintenance. They generally charge me $110 a month, but it depends on what all needs done.

Description of Work: Total Yard maintenance and pressure washing This ia a corner residential property/home (1928) with 3 ft retaining wall and pathway/stairs around the house with extensive flower beds all needing total clean up, mulching, plants to be replaced, trimming of plants, and pressure washing of wall, sidewalks, cemented parkings on all sides including the driveway. Husband became very ill and wife left to jump in first joining Angie's list for piece of mind in interviewing/hiring which has been so helpful. Bravo Land Maintenance was fast to respond, prompt. professional, well kept truck/tools and Genaro was very knowledgable in what we needed to be done, plants to be replaced, mulching to do which gave me immediate comfort zone in having him and his partner do the work. The property was in needed of this full service business. He will be doing our on going yard maintenance and I'm very grateful.

Description of Work: I asked for "Darl Fine Grind Hemlock" but unfortunatly the yard that dropped the bark in Bravo's truck gave him "Medium Grind Medium Hemlock" which is not what I wanted. I took a sample into the yard and they verified that it was not what Bravo ordered. It was not Brav's fault, however, I think I should have noticed that it was not what we ordered. I like Dark Fine Hemock because it lays down quickly and amends the soil. Unfortunatly, the kind I got does not do this, the yard said, for two years. I do not like the color either.

Description of Work: Landscaping work included new grass in front yard with sprinkler line; gravel pathways with an extention of driveway in gravel; new seed back lawn with sprinkler lines. Other work moving old landscaping etc. Did the job for less than bid! The same company had put in a cement block patio and walkway a year earlier that I was pleased with as well.

Description of Work: I had a very poor experience with a previous landscaper, not showing up, etc, so I tried Bravo. They scheduled an appt the day after I called, arrived on time, told me the "clean up" cost would be $275 . They came ~ 3 days later & did an exceptional job. I have numerous ferns and they trimmed them all! Picked up all the branches on the ground, mowed, etc. (prev landscaper never touched the ferns). I have since hired them on a weekly basis. Cost $150/month. They come as scheduled, do an exceptional job and always relock my gates when they leave (I have dogs who are escape artists). I also called early on the day they were coming and asked if they could trim bushes along my driveway the following week (due to my short notice) & they actually did it that day when they came. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Genaro Bravo looked at the rough plan that I had outlined and talked about ways that the retaining wall could be done and what type of rock might save me money. He and his crew arrived on Thursday afternoon three days later to pull up the sod and begin digging and putting in the rock wall that I had requested. On Friday one of his crew came and installed new irrigation piping and pop-ups. On Saturday Genaro and his crew completed the wall. They also back-filled the space behind the wall and then spread garden mulch in front, back and sides of the house.

Description of Work: I got a quote from Bravo Land Care & Maintenance to line a narrow ditch with river rock, put in a sprinkler system, lay sod, and spread bark dust around the property in certain areas.

Description of Work: This company has been our regular lawn service provider for about four months. Since we have been happy with their work, when our sprinkler/dripper system developed problems we asked them if they could do the repair/replacement for us. In the front they replaced electronic celynoid valves, moved a sprinkler head and in back they installed a new sprinkler system to replace a dripper system that was defective. This was tricky since our small back yard is full of plants and trees and a deck which they had to work around and the torrential spring rains had created a sea of muck. Because of the rain and drainage problems, they also ended up installing a French drain to carry off the excess water, and brought in river rock which they painstakingly placed by hand to get the best effect.

Description of Work: Did Spring yard clean-up and delivered and installed garden mulch to all planting areas.
