Juan was awesome. He stayed in contact throughout the process, which I really appreciate. He arrived precisely at the time he said he would get here. He used the ETA function on driving directions to give me an even more precise time than he had estimated the night before. He diligently worked to completer the job, asking my permission when necessary to use the appropriate technique. He explained what he found that had helped to cause the condition, and how he planned to correct it. Once done, he vacuumed up any miscellaneous bits of carpet, offered to help me move back the one piece of furniture at the end of the hallway (a very small and lightweight shelf) and left with one very happy and satisfied customer. I cannot wait for my wife to get home and see the results!

Juan did a great job helping us make our shower look like new again. He salvaged the original tiles and made a complex repair look easy.
