ALLSTAR WINDOW & GUTTER CLEANING

After having made an appointment with another company over a month out because they were booked out so far, and then having that appointment canceled with no other convenient openings, I called AllStar to set up an appointment. On the phone I spoke with Bobby and he said he'd beat the price of the previous company's estimate, site unseen. (20% less!) They were available to do the work as soon as it was convenient for me, but the day the work was to be done it was raining. The crew showed up on time that day and asked if I still wanted to have them cleaned, we decided to reschedule for the end of the week, but the next day they had a cancellation and asked if I wanted them done that day. I was eager to finally get my windows cleaned and was happy they thought to call me to work me in. They showed up and cleaned my windows thoroughly inside and out. He missed one of the windows accidentally and I mentioned it to him and he happily came back with his ladder to finish it.

Overall we were pleased with the work, our windows and gutters are clean, and our roof is free of leaves and debris. However, we were disappointed with the professionalism of the worker. We were told that he would arrive at our house at 8 am. At 8:30, we called the company because he had not yet arrived. They said he was on his way. He didn't arrive until 9:30 am (never having called us to let us know that he would be late), gave us an estimate, then asked for directions to the nearest grocery store so that he could go get an energy drink. He didn't actually begin work until 10am. As he completed the work, some furniture (inside) and deck furniture (outside) needed to be moved, these pieces were not moved back to their original position when he was finished. Some debris from the roof was also left on the ground. So, overall we were pleased with the actual work and the price! But we felt the worked lacked a degree of professionalism that we expected to find.

They did a great job. When they first cleaned our windows they hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. So it was a big messy job. The bid was so incredibly low for the amount of work I couldn't believe it. They were neat, tidy, friendly, careful, etc. We live in a new house and soon I will be calling him to clean our windows and gutters here at our new location, I'm glad I still live in his service area.

On time, thorough, neat, hard working, excellent job.
