The tech was on time, polite, diligent, and very knowledgeable. We would use this service again.

The technician, Jayson, found and repaired the problem within minutes.

Repair man was on time, fixed the washer promptly and put everything back together again. A very young repair man, but was kind and did good work. I could tell he knew his stuff. Guaranteed the work for 90 days too.

On time, anticipated problem and had parts with him. Good service!

Worker was on time, even calling ahead to give me time to come from work. He assessed what the problem was (over-the-hill motor) and advised me on what he thought it best to do. I appreciated his honesty and I didn't feel he was out to make another buck (as we decided NOT to fix the motor - the expense was not worth the life of the motor). How refreshing!

They came out as scheduled, called as scheduled. They are very prompt! The stove was fixed in a short amount of time. The cost for ''parts'' seemed extreme, but at the stove and oven now works. They did a good job.

They arrived later than they told me, (told me between 3-6 PM, but didn't call until 6:45). After they were here, the job was done quickly and effectively.

Nice guy, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and patient with our dogs. Seems a little expensive. There was a minimum for each appliance, but the service was excellent.

The freezer part of our fridge had been leaking water since we moved in to our new house. We had them come out to take a look at it. The guy knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. I also asked him to hook up the water hose to the fridge since we moved it during a kitchen remodel. The price may be a little much considering the amount of work, but it's cheaper than buying a new fridge (which we were considering). I guess it's probably standard pricing though.

I had to schedule a couple of days in advance, and they could only give a general timeframe, but not unexpected. Michael was quick to diagnose the problem, which actually was different from what I thought it was, and fixed it quickly,

The repairman was very efficient, very polite and cooperated with our request that he be careful not to let our cats outside while he was there. He worked quickly, and the company's policy of a 90-day warranty not only on their work, but on our dryer altogether, is enough to convince us this is a quality business. Their fixed cost for coming out to consult is $52.50, and anything past that is just time and materials.

They were able to schedule someone for the very next morning, despite being called at 4:00 PM. Kevin? the repair person arrived in the 8AM to 1PM time slot as promised (at 10:45 or so). Was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly and only needed to charge the minimum ($30) above the service call fee ($52.50). The part needed was no longer available but he was helpful in describing exactly what was wrong.

The technician was great. He was on time and very professional and friendly. I'm not sure but I think is name was Jay. I'm sorry I forgot it. The office personal were also fantastic. I must also note that this was an early Saturday request to come to our new home. I have every intention of using AAA Appliance Service for future needs. Thanks.

I called AAA about a dryer repair because I didn't want to deal with Sears anymore. A representative took the information about the suspected defective part (control panel), and promptly called me back with the replacement cost. She was honest about her concerns that it might not be worth the money to repair it (more than half the original cost), or the reliability of the panel in general. It turns out she was right. Sears is replacing these defective machines that continue to give trouble. I have had mine worked on 3 times already, but it was out of warrenty. The next time I need help I will call AAA first. Their service call price would have been very fair had I used them.

Prompt, called before arriving, would definitely use them again.

A very helpful call, and saved me an unnecessary service call fee by diagnosing the problem. They could have made a couple hundred dollars on a repair, but chose to be honest. I will certainly call them in the future!

The phone experience was excellent. The technician was in the area and arrived almost as soon as I hung up the phone. The technician was very thorough but also very fast. He pointed out that the washing machine was starting to leak, and that I should not wash heavy Afghan rugs in the machine because they would be too heavy. Finally, he advised me to NOT call him again if there were problems with the new belt; it would be more expensive to repair the appliance than to replace it. Overall, I was delighted with the service.

They were prompt and repaired our dryer quickly. We were very happy with the service.

The tech service person arrived on time. Spent approx 1 hr diagnosing problem. Had to go to warehouse to get part. Returned when he had said he would. Took 1/2 hour to install and reassemble stove top and front panel. Price seemed high but tech indicated the GE control board was the most expensive of all brands. He gave us the option of shopping for a new stove but we chose to have this one repaired. He did not pressure us one way or the other.

The repair person was on time. He was unable to complete the repair that day as he needed a part, but he arranged to return a couple of days later. Upon his return, he was punctual and finished the repair promptly.

Charged additional service charge to look at 2nd appliance on same visit. Charged $50 labor for 10 minutes work.

Repairman was on time. He was very honest with us and we where inpressed.
