It cost a lot, but it was for two appliances.($245 for parts, $152.50 for labor.) Repairman obviously knew his stuff. Quickly assessed problem. Walt arrived within time frame forecast. Very pleasant.

This young man was efficient and knowledgeable. He arrived just before the end of the promised time frame of 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. He took care of the problem and charged a reasonable fee.

I had a good experience. Friendly on the phone and in person. Repairman taught me about various noises my fridge could make and what the problem might be so I would be better educated in the future (my noise was caused by something that was a VERY quick fix).

I am very satisfied. He provided expertise, came on time, and was polite. It was worth the minimum charge to find out that the dishwasher was OK.

They fit me in on a holiday, which is great, but I did have to wait around during a 5 hour window. A little on the expensive side; I was charged $47 for a diagnosis, and then $50 for a part and $50 more to install the part, all for 15 minutes worth of work.

I had hired another company who showed up TWO HOURS LATE ... so I went to Angie's List (joined that very day) and picked AAA. They came on time and even though I decided not to spend $475 to get the washer repaired, he was polite and even came back the next day to haul it away, no charge!

Company said person would be there same afternoon we called--sometime after noon. Did not arrive until nearly 6 p.m., but did come. Jayson reviewed the situation and said he would order part; we set up return time. Jayson is young, but very knowledgeable, polite, and represents the company extremely well. On return visit, Jayson again stayed after normal working hours to complete job.

The repair person arrived on time, was polite and solved problem efficiently. He took the time to explain the problem and showed us what to do if it recurred. The charge seemed reasonable enough.

They were able to send someone the next day. He was polite, professional, asked me a few questions and diagnosed the problem. The parts were delivered the next day and he fixed it within an hour. (He also came at 9am on a Sat to accommodate my schedule)! It was expensive but better than buying a new oven.

Good experience. Professional serviceman.

GREAT COMPANY. THEY WERE ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT.

CALLED THEM IN THE MORNING, THEY WERE HERE BY EARLY AFTERNOON (WITH A 30 MINUTE ADVANCED NOTICE PHONE CALL). HE QUICKLY DIAGNOSED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. $47.50 FOR TRAVEL AND DIAGNOSIS $38.00 FOR PART $50.00 FOR LABOR, STILL CHEAPER THAN A NEW WASHER! I KNOW OF A COUPLE OF OTHER COMPANIES THAT CHARGE AT LEAST TWICE THAT JUST TO COME LOOK AT THE PROBLEM.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.

ARRIVED ON TIME, FINISHED WORK IN TIMELY MANNER. POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. MADE THE EXPERIENCE EASY. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY APPLIANCE REPAIR WORK.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. QUICK TO ARRIVE AND ASSESS THE PROBLEM. IT WAS WORTH IT FOR THIS QUICK FIX TO CALL SOMEONE THAT CAME OUT AND QUICKLY KNEW WHAT TO DO. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS HAVING TROUBLE REPLACING THE WATER FILTER. HE KNEW WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT. I DIDN'T WANT TO BREAK ANYTHING, SO HE SHOWED ME THE PROPER WAY TO REPLACE THE FILTER WITHOUT DOING DAMAGE. THEIR RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY NICE AND CALLED ME 20 MINUTES BEFORE HE WAS DUE TO ARRIVE, WHICH WAS GREAT! I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

SERVICE PERSON WAS POLITE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EFFICIENT. COST WAS $47.50 FOR DRIVING TIME, AND I CALLED THEIR SW LOCATION, $60.00 LABOR FOR THE 15 MIN HE WAS HERE, AND $18.50 FOR THE SMALL PART HE REPLACED. $60. FOR 15 MIN. OF TIME SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HAD THEM BREAK DOWN THE HOURLY TIME INTO 30 MIN INCREMENTS. OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED.

PROMPT AND COURTEOUS IN ANSWERING THE CALL, AND CONFIRMING THE ARRIVAL TIME, AND SHOWING UP ON SCHEDULE. TRIP CHARGE WAS HALF THE PRICE OF THE COMPANY RECOMMENDED BY WHIRLPOOL, YET THEY KNEW THE PRODUCTS INSIDE AND OUT. DIDN'T NEED TO PERFORM A REPAIR, BUT WAS ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE PROBLEM.

WELL, THEY'RE EXCELLENT BECAUSE THEY COME ANYTIME WE HAVE PROBLEMS. WE'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS. THEY'RE JUST RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS VERY SATISFACTORY.

THE GUY WAS REALLY NICE. THEY WERE QUICK, AND IT STILL WORKS. THE GUY KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN HE CAME OUT. HE WAS ALL BUSINESS AND DIDN'T MESS AROUND AT ALL. HE WAS VERY QUICK.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. MOST PLACES WHEN THEY CALL THEY SAY THEY CAN'T HAVE ANYONE OUT FOR THREE MONTHS. THEY SAID THEY COULD HAVE IT DONE WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK.

IT WAS GOOD. WE HAVE HAD THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE WELL. THEY JUST DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO AND THEY NEVER HAD TO GO BACK TO GET SOMETHING. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM VERY LONG. THE GUY ALWAYS SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING.

I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS. THEY DID GOOD WORK, AND THEY WERE REAL PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY. THE PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGH, BUT I WOULD STILL USE THEM AGAIN.
