Description of Work: My housemate had used them before, and recommended them when I needed a part for my clothes dryer. A knob had broken, and I had googled and found it online but didn't want to wait for it to be delivered. I called and spoke with a woman there who asked me for the model or serial # of the dryer, which I gave her, then said there were two different knobs and which did I need. I told her I need the *large* knob to select which drying cycle you wanted and how much time, etc. and she said "This is definitely it." She tells me it costs $23 (significantly more than online), and asks if I want to google the part # to compare cost, but since I already know the cost online and don't want to wait for delivery I tell her that's OK I'll just come buy it. So I drive there and pay for the part, and she says it wasn't in stock in their store and I had to go to their warehouse down the street. Her directions to the warehouse were pretty poor (it was in a large complex and she didn't tell me that or where to find it in the complex. Plus, when she said "our warehouse" I figured it would have the same name, but actually it's not their company at all but a different company they have some agreement with. I show them the receipt and they give me a knob...and it is TOTALLY not the knob I need. It is the SMALL knob for the dryer. But now it's almost 5 when the storefront closes, and I don't have time to get back there, so I call them and the woman encourages me to try it on the dryer (even though I know it's not the right knob, because it's only about 1" diameter instead of 2.5") but says I can bring it back in. Well, I work variable shifts and it turns out I can't come in when I thought I could so I send my housemate in with the wrong knob. A different woman treats her like an idiot, points to a bad photocopy on the wall that says "If you bought the wrong part, now you have a spare" and tells her there are no returns at all - despite the woman telling me on the phone to bring it back, and the fact that their employee told me they were sure it was the right part. If she had said, why don't you google this part and make sure it's the right one, I would have done that, but all she wanted to make sure is that the price was okay. Anyway, after saying there are no returns, then that other employee tells my housemate to try taking the part and receipt down to the warehouse for exchange, but of course since the receipt isn't from the warehouse company, they totally don't exchange it, so the AAA employee just sent my housemate on a wild goose chase to get her out of the office. I end up writing a very angry letter, and they did refund the $23, and said some stuff about a new employee and better training, so I won't give them the F I originally would have, but the letter didn't really address my main complaint, and it was a very long frustrating experience, so overall I just can't recommend them.
