Clayton, who organizes calls and sets up service was very nice, accommodating and timely. He called right away to set up an appointment. John, who came out to perform my service on a kitchen sink leak and toilet that ran, was very friendly, efficient, quick and did an awesome job in a short period of time. All this for under $90....can't beat that anywhere. I was and am very pleased with this business and would use them again for any plumbing needs.

Clayton was courteous, professional and friendly. He steered me in the right direction as to what would be best way to go, explaining the whole reasoning for doing it that way. I now feel very comfortable that I have a unit that's installed up to code, is safe, and works efficiently. And his rates are very reasonable.

Travis (plumber whom came out) went straight to the problem in a timely manner. Found the issue very quickly, which was to dig up where our septic was, and find where the inlet was after that. We didn't know where the inlet was, and asked him to please stay and help find it. And luckily by chance he did. He said we were very lucky! Travis was very knowledgable and went above and beyond with our particular case. He listened to our needs and met them. We are very grateful to have found Tankersley Plumbing! And will use them again. And would absolutely recommend them!

Very happy with the service. Arrived early, called first to make sure that was ok. Came out on the same day as my call, for no extra charge. Very neat, cleaned up when finished, very personable. The charge was very fair, offered a senior discount also. Job was done in a great time frame. Sink is working perfect now. Also offered great tips on how to avoid this problem again. We will recommend them, and will be our go to plummers for any future needs. So happy to find an honest, reliable professional.

John was very professional and did a great job. It was necessary to replace not only the faucet but some of the piping as well. While he was here I had him give me a bid on replacing the fixtures in one of our tub and showers. All sink fixtures had been replaced, but one tub and shower had not and the fixtures are 30 years old. I will have him back.

John the plumber was very professional, knowlwledgeable and personable. He was efficient with his time and kept me posted of his availability. He was actually able to come a day earlier than first thought. Overall, a nice young man doing a first class quality job in a timely fashion and above all at a very reasonable cost. I'd certainly recommend him and the company he works for to my friends and family. Should I be in need of plumbing into the future Tankersley Plumbing would be my first choice.

We had a persistent problem with our clean out. Travis arrived a few hours after I called. He snaked the drain, ran the camera and used the beacon on the cam to mark the location and depth of the first and last impeding roots in our line. It was great to actually SEE the problem, and to know exactly where and how much pipeline we'll need to eventually replace. Did I mention that the price was outstanding? Thanks, guys!

Clayton responded to my leaking garbage disposal repair the same day I went online to get help. He was there when he said he would be, fixed the problem quickly. Now, I have piece of mind there isn't water all over under my sink area.

In my previous review, I said they did not have a senior discount. I was mistaken, they do. They actually replaced a toilet but that was not an option.

I had interactions with both Travis and Clayton, and I was completely happy with the service they gave, They were courteous, quick, priced fairly, and very helpful. They were even caring about circumstances regarding our regular plumber and his family. We highly recommend these men and were happy to have met Travis in person, and Clayton by phone.

He was super, super professional and very courteous. I wasn't sure what to expect, but after talking to him a couple times on the phone I was able to have him come a day earlier and he was very prompt and I would definitely recommend him.

Called Clayton, explained the problem & as luck would be he was near my neighborhood & said could stop by. Within the hour was here & took the time to fix the problem instead of coming back. Very professional, courteous and great price. Feeling lucky!

I had TWO different jobs for Travis: a clogged shower drain and a sink drain replacement. He completed BOTH jobs in LESS than an hour, did first rate work, and I ended up spending half of what I would have expected to spend. One simply cannot find any fault with excellence.

When I contacted them I advised them that my issue with repairs was not urgent and asked them to fit me in when possible. They contacted me each day to let me know the status of my appointment.
