I had an emergency-a hot water tank leak. Clayton Tankersley called me soon after I visited the HomeAdvisor site, was at my house within an hour and replaced my hot water heater the same day. He averted a potential flooding disaster, installed a high quality American-made hot water heater and charged a very fair price, according to a friend who has a 'handy-man' business. I am very happy with his service and will use him again.

He was knowledgeable and gave us some tips on where we wrong. Would definitely recommend to others and put him in my phone contact list.

I had a slow leak in my shower faucet that wasn't an emergency but they called me immediately after requesting the service and came out within a couple of hours to fix my problem. It turned out that the shower faucet identification plate was incorrect and they installed the correct seals to stop the leak within minutes. I highly recommend these guys, they were fast, professional, and reasonable.

From first phone call to completion of service these guys were great. I would not recommend anyone else. Amazing service at an amazing cost.

As other reviewers have noted, Clayton is very prompt with call backs and goes out of his way to work you into his very busy schedule. He is very good at explaining what needs to be done, gave me options on faucets for my very old pipes and took care of the problem in a very timely manor. Polite, pleasant and has attention to detail, but still does the repairs as fast as he can. Would call him again for any plumbing needs and recommend him to others.

Clayton called me back immediately, was at the house within an hour and a half. Had new sump pump up and running in 30 minutes! Explained everything to me, I will definitely use this company again. Great service.

Clayton, changed the sleeves on my old faucets, the sleeves were difficult to find, but he went out of his way to not only get them but bring them back and install them. He explained everything he did including showing me the bad parts. I had only on sleeve to replace but he did both for the same price. I was very happy with my service and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Clayton.

Clayton called me right away, understood I had an only toilet backed up, moved some appointments around for me and was here within and hour! What kind of plumbers will do that for you these days? He had the toilet cleared in 15 mins, and was VERY reasonably priced. I told him most plumbers I used added a 1 to that price just for their trip charge! He shared he was a new business and had a new baby, and I got to see a picture of his boy . I would happily recommend a young man trying to build a new business on integrity and honesty his to anyone.

You get what you pay for. We first received an on-site estimate with an immediate follow up call to schedule the work. Despite it being a FRIDAY, we received prompt attention and our calls were returned. On Monday we received a confirmation call and that the service person was on the way. The worker was on time, was friendly and professional. He was extremely considerate of the workspace, was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the experience.
