Our founder and president, Gene Keppler, has been in the roofing business for over 35 years and is as meticulous and detail-oriented about a small job as he is about a large one. In additon to running our office, Sharon Keppler, is currently serving as Immediate Former President on the Board of Directors for Western States Roofing Contractors Association. Our primary mission is to provide you with quality solutions for your roofing needs. To achieve that goal,we work closely with each client to better understand the unique challenges involved. Customer satisfaction is our goal. Listening to the customer can result in improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, a larger customer base with increased activity, a reduction of service failures, lowered operating costs and enhanced employee performance. We strive to meet or exceed our customers goals and expectations.

These people are very good. Gave me a reasonable estimate, brought samples for me to choose from, didn't have to wait to long for job to be scheduled, did great work and cleaned up well.

Four years ago, put a new roof on the house and at that time they removed the slate roof. Called, got an estimate, signed the agreement and set a date, which was all up to me. Installed the garage roof in one day and a couple of hours for the solar fans. For the house, they must have bought a huge crew. Went to work, came home and the new roof was on, old roof was gone and was cleaned up.
Description of Work: Recently roofed the garage and added solar fans to the house roof.

The crew worked efficiently at removing multiple layers of disintegrated materials layed underlayment/ new shingles etc just as the well-detailed proposal indicated. Also followed up to ensure we were satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: Roof tore off. Replaced with architectural composition shingles. Disposal of removed materials.
