 + 2 moreThe great thing about David is that when he runs into difficulties he comes up with alternatives on his own. Example: I have dogs. When installing the fencing for my property I originally wanted it trenched so that the fencing would extend underground and prevent dig-outs. Well, the ground was too too rocky. So David came up with wire pegs and we pegged it into the ground. Example 2: When building my playhouse/goathouse, he took a general idea I had and turned into a little gem. He even came up with a novel flooring idea, so that the goat droppings fell through the floor. David goes the extra mile for his clients. He even went shopping to find discounted windows/doors for my kennel building. Best of all, if he can't do something or has no experience, he will tell you. That's refreshing. Description of Work: David has done a lot of work for me. Most recently he built a second flight of steps to my deck. I just had a general idea of what I wanted, but David ran a couple of ideas by me and then got to work. He's honest and reliable and he will go the extra mile for you. Since 2004 he has put up a fence for me and built an outbuilding-- a wonderful little playhouse that I actually used for my goats. He's built a huge portico/awning outside the barn. He's installed laminate flooring and a ceiling. He was a house painter for years and painted the inside of my house.... He also came up with an original idea for a copper gate on my deck, since I couldn't afford wrought iron.
