+ -1 moreGot Matt to make me a new computer and install a wireless connection for my TV and DVD player so they could be updated. Did good work installing all of that. However, now that I am having problems with the wireless connection I cannot get him to come by and fix it or even to respond to my e-mails!
Description of Work: Matt makes a good computer but, once it is installed and paid for do not expect him to respond to requests for assistance with later problems!

Description of Work: Repaired icons on desktop ( I could not get them fixed)!Installed new battery backup and got it integrated with my computer.Talked over computer matters - gave me lots of good advice.On-time, competent and courteous, very knowledgeable! Very pleased and will use him again when I need help.

+ -1 moreI called and made an appointment for Matt to come to my home. He was very professional and punctual. He checked out the computer and ordered a memory chip. When he left he said he would call when the part came it. He did call in about 2 weeks and came out that day and installed the memory chip. He worked quickly and I am very happy with the way my computer functions now. Everything was easy to accomplish and I think he did an excellent job.
Description of Work: My laptop was slow and I wanted to upgrade the memory. Also the computer needed some servicing and I wanted to have it checked for viruses.
