I had said that they should have the "pretty" side of the fence, but Jeremy surprised me by asking both of them and building both sides of mine with the nicest side in my yard. The workmanship is beautiful. He also called the landlord on the other side of the back fence to see if they could fix that fence. The work was on time and very well done. I then asked him to re-do my back porch, which is a nice design and very well done."

Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. However, together with her grandma we sought to create an environment for her to live as independently as possible and for her to grow into. We treat you and your home with respect and clean up when we are finished. The original over-oven microwave install was done poorly, causing a headache in fixing the errors, yet John did not cut any corners. He also checked in about every detail to be sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss. This was our first experience with Mr. Handyman and if all the other technicians are as good as John then we will be using them exclusively from now on. John is like the fix-it dad you wished lived in your same town."
