Terrific company! I hired them to install laminate flooring on stairs and a small room. Since they are also a construction company, they were also able to do several other small jobs for me. Jason, a co-owner, was a terrific contact, kept me informed of arrival times and willingly made my projects work within a very short time. He and his other crews were a pleasure to work with. Jason did not consider the job finished until I was completely satisfied. I recommend them without reservation and will hire them again if the need arises.

I met with the contractor. Thought he was nice. He gave me a bid that I thought was a little high for the small job but he was supposed to get it done in just a few days. Well, just a few days went by (4) so I called and left a VM asking when they would be able to get to my project and they never returned my call. I called them again about 4 days later and again left a VM. They did not call me back so I finally called and left another VM saying I withdrew my acceptance of their bid. If they couldn't get to my project why wouldn't they just let me know? Terrible customer service!!!

I contacted them, they cam the following week to discuss the scope of the job. After 4 days I contacted them to get the estimate and a time line of when the job could be done. The person who came to check out what needed to be done, said he would contact me by the end of the day with a estimate, and a timeline for the job. Never heard back from him or anyone from the company. He did mention that they were taking on more work than they could provide services for when he showed up for the first appointment. I have been trying to get this remodel finished, we started it in Feb.2016 and I want my kitchen back!!! It's a easy job, but I don't like wasting my time either! Time is money...
