Description of Work: Randy is a kind individual as well as a reliable and exceptional craftsman. I explained my situation and within 45 minutes the problem had been solved. He ultimatley repaired someone else's dirty work. The repairman before him did not repair my front door correctly and charged me significantly as well. Because of this, and the type of person he is, he would not accept any money for his service. The door works beautifully now. |I would highly recommend him for any job requiring work around your home. He is gold!

Description of Work: Randys repair job on our front stairs was excellent. He saw what the problem was and with only one trip to Home Depot he came back and fixed . The stairs are now solid and like brand new.

Description of Work: We've hired Randy since we bought the house 12 years ago. He's fast, reliable and accurate. Latest job was installing a sump pump. Perfect! He referred an electrician to install the pump receptacle, who also did a pro job. He's presently replacing siding/trim boards for us.

+ 1 moreRandy helped me design the deck, order the right materials, and even picked out the lumber himself. The job was on time and within budget. He is a very professional craftsman and good person as well. The door frame job accommodated my time needs, and due to his own high standards, required three separate trips and an additional staining of complete exterior frame and door. It was an amazing piece of work and more than I expected. I highly recommend!
Description of Work: I've had a back deck installed, front porch removed and built out, and most recently 3 door frames repaired, two with significant damage.

+ -1 moreHe had previously done work for me that I was very happy with, and he is very nice and prompt in calling you back when he says he will. I felt the charge for putting up the curtain rods was much too expensive for 1 1/2 hrs of work.
Description of Work: He put up 2 curtain rods with tiebacks.

+ -1 moreRandy was pleasant but all business. He worked steadily, even though we talked a lot of the time. The price was very reasonable, and the workmanship is first rate. We are going to hire him again, and I recommended him to a friend.
Description of Work: Randy installed an extra long, heavy curtain rod 10 feet high. The rod had to be straight, and it crossed the entire room. It is perfect!

He did need to re-schedule the original appointment time to accommodate his busy schedule during an extremely busy time; this was accomplished in a professional manner. I was pleased with the cost and the repairs completed.
