 + -1 moreThey quickly caught a mole. But we continued to have issues. It took them a bit to come back but when they did they reset the traps in new places. Now it's been a few weeks, the traps have not caught anything, our yard has been completely destroyed by Noles and I've gotten no return call after leaving multiple messages.
Description of Work: We had a lot a mole hills in our yard that we needed help getting under control.

Description of Work: We had moles and he came out, set traps, checked and removed the fellons and later came back and picked up the traps. A year later we have moles again. I gave him a call and he said he'll be out by tomorrow at the latest! That is service!!

 + -1 moreAfter the initial visit, Bob was hard to get a hold of. He did not return calls or provide updates. He caught one mole in the garden and moved the trap to the lawn after a call telling him the moles had moved. He did not follow up after setting the trap in the yard. There were several additional mounds, an extremely frustrated husband and Bob was no where to be found. We ended up setting our own store bought traps and caught the mole ourselves.
Description of Work: There were several gardens with fresh mole activity (mounds). I identified all of the areas that needed traps. Bob set one trap in the heaviest area and ignored the rest of the gardens.

 + -1 moreBottom line: our garden is full of piles of mole dirt.
Description of Work: They were to eliminate mole activity in my garden. In March they did the initial set up, but mole activity ceased and no moles were captured. In June they came again for the set up, and the traps remained in exactly the same location for a month although other piles of mole dirt were appearing all over the yard. No moles were captured. In June and July they did not return phone calls.
