He showed up when he said he would and had the window replaced in just a few minutes. He also noticed a problem with another window and advised that it should be a warranty replacement for us. He urged us to contact the company that replaced all the windows for that one. Excellent service!

Absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Terry called me Barack very quickly and understood my problem immediately, despite my lack of technical knowledge. He had his lead repair person, Nick, over in 2 hours. Nick was early (called first) polite and clean, following COVID protocols. Nick was able to fix my 2 windows without requiring new parts, saving me over $100 off the already agreed to price. He was even able to explain how the problem occurred….user error for sure. I will gladly use them again and have shared their info with the other condo owners in our complex.

Excellent service, very quick to respond to initial request for bid and then schedule and complete the work. This was a relatively simple glass panel replacement in a garage window. Price was fair and the work completed on time and with professional quality. I highly recommend you consider for your project.

Called the office and set up an appointment for the following day. Terry showed up on time and measured the leaking windows. He gave me good recommendations on which windows needed replacement panes and why. Window panes were replaced in 1 week. Again showed up on time and a good install job. Also cleaned up behind themselves. Good job!

We had one window replaced as well as two others repaired. The installer not only did a great job but also took the time to answer my questions and give advice on future plans for all the windows in the house.

I needed to have the glass replaced in our sliding glass door due to a broken seal. The glass was ordered and replaced quickly and efficiently. I'm very satisfied and will call them again if needing glass replaced.

Terry was very good, and the window looks great, I needed a double glass pane in a garden window replaced. The repair (with labor) was $224. That seemed high to me. I have no idea how much the glass vs labor cost, so it could be very fair. Quote and Invoice could be improved. Definitely would use again,
