He showed up when he said he would and had the window replaced in just a few minutes. He also noticed a problem with another window and advised that it should be a warranty replacement for us. He urged us to contact the company that replaced all the windows for that one. Excellent service!

Clear window restoration came out and measured glass for replacement and took a window track to order a replacement and said I would receive a price quote in about a week. After two weeks passed I left them a message that was never returned. Another message and three texts later I still did not get a response. I went with another company.

Absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Terry called me Barack very quickly and understood my problem immediately, despite my lack of technical knowledge. He had his lead repair person, Nick, over in 2 hours. Nick was early (called first) polite and clean, following COVID protocols. Nick was able to fix my 2 windows without requiring new parts, saving me over $100 off the already agreed to price. He was even able to explain how the problem occurred….user error for sure. I will gladly use them again and have shared their info with the other condo owners in our complex.

Nick completed the repair and charged less than the estimate since we didnâ t need the expected parts. They are great.
