+ 0 moreOverall the whole job went very well. Joe and his son worked quickly, but attention was paid to detail and quality of work... which I appreciate in a contractor! Very personable and didn't mind my asking questions while he was working or making minor changes in the original plan after work had started. This is a person/company I would heartily recommend.
Description of Work: I wanted a deck built from the house to the hot tub and some dry rot addressed that I found. Joe's estimate for the job was very reasonable and the deck turned out beautiful with "people steps" and a doggy ramp as well as an opening for me to walk right out to the hot tub and get in it! The dry rot was removed and the remaining wood was treated. If I could figure out how to post a picture in here, I would do that.

+ -1 moreMy experience was great. They did their homework. They were very professional. They showed up on time. They was a small bit of a language barrier but it was easy to overcome. Their price was extremely reasonable.
Description of Work: They did a lot of concrete work for us at our home for a slab on the grade.

+ -1 moreOverall, I was very unhappy and upset at the way Joe treated me (although note that I cannot judge the quality of his craftsmanship). In the end, he said to me "I don't even know you" but of course almost all service relationships begin from this point. I will certainly never contact him again.
Description of Work: I contacted Joe Webb with an urgent, time-delimited job to replace a broken pocket door, with a swinging door that we had procured separately. He agreed to do the work the following Wednesday. I called the night before to confirm, and he said he couldn't make it, so we rescheduled to Friday morning. I waited an hour after his scheduled arrival time. When I called to check on him, he said he couldn't make it. I am very unhappy that he verbally committed to a job and then flaked. Due to his promises, I missed out on giving the work to somebody else who could have performed as needed, and then we had to scramble to reschedule all the other work that was depending on this door replacement.

+ -1 moreHE WAS ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. HE WAS VERY POLITE. HE ALSO WHISTLED WHILE HE WORKED. I BELIEVE HE WAS HAPPY DOING GOOD WORK. HE ANSWERED ALL MY DUMB QUESTIONS WITH GOOD SPIRIT. HE SAID HE HAD HUNG SINGLE SCREEN DOORS BUT NEVER DOUBLE ONES. THE NEW DOORS SWING WITH NO EFFORT. THEY WERE HUNG SO TIGHT AND GOOD THAT WHEN MY WIFE WAS ON THE DRIVEWAY SHE COULD NOT HEAR ME CALLING HER THRU THE NEW SCREEN DOORS. PERFECT. HE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH PRICE AND THE TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: NEW FRONT FIBERGLAS DOORS AND NEW ANDERSEN SCREEN DOORS. HE HAD TO REMOVE THE DOORS AND FRAME AND A WINDOW THAT WAS ABOVE THE DOOR. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT 3 HOURS TO REMOVE THE DOOR AND WINDOW AND TO INSTALL THE NEW FRAME. MOST OF THE TIME WAS SPENT MAKING SURE THAT THE NEW DOORS WERE SQUARE AND LEVEL. I AM VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS AS I FEEL THE NEW DOORS WILL WORK FREELY FOR YEARS. THE SAME EFFORT WAS PLACED ON THE NEW SCREEN DOORS.
