I needed an electrician immediately when all the light switches in my bathroom quit working, and I had house guests. He was able to come right away, efficiently located the problem (fortunately simple), and fix it. He was courteous and efficient. I will definitely call him again when I need electrical work.

Came out and replaced a breaker. Pointed out several issues with my breaker panel. and spotted some heat issues. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

I haven't used them yet because I am not sure of my project. I called them and they told they had emailed me the quote, but I never received it. Then they sent it out right away. It was a month that went by and I didn't receive it. When I called, it sounded like they believed that they have sent it; so that was a misunderstanding there. I did receive it immediately. They quoted $3000 for the job. The job was very expensive. The experience went well. They explained the electrical work extremely well. They were personable and I felt confident that they could do a good job. They are a small firm, so I knew with whom I was working with.

We had an appt for an estimate, Bill the owner came out, gave us a very thorough estimate, very detailed and informative. We enjoyed talking to him and were ready to hire him, he said he'd send us a quote through email which he promised in one week. Quote was for a full rewire of out 1000 sq ft home, with a lot of extra work like hardwired smoke alarms through out, surround sound etc. We never heard back from him after the verbal quote. He was supposed to email us the actual quote but never did. It left us hanging and we quickly found another Electrician through Angies List. Fortunately were really happy with the Electrician we hired, James from ElechTech, but thought it was very rude and unprofessional for Bill not to follow through with the quote we suggested or at least respond to our email and phone calls. Disappointing, because we were impressed enough with him at the quote to hire him. Gave our money (approx $6,000 so far) to ElechTech instead, who so far have finished the rough in and things look good.

Bill gave an stimate that he followed through on. The work was quick and professional. My wife was more than pleased.

Bill showed up on time for both the estimate and the job itself. He and his assistant got right to work and both were pleasant and easy to work with. Most of the job was completed in one day. After the trench was inspected by the county, they came back to bury the conduit and finish up some minor details and we passed the final county inspection. Overall, the job went smoothly and we were well satisfied with the work that was done. I would not hesitate to hire Axis again for any electrical work that needs to be done in the future.

Bill from Axis was here for about 2 hours doing work that had been long over due. I'm really happy that he was able to trouble shoot one of our issues and bring light back into our hallway. It was a two man operation and they installed 3 lights and fixed the switch that stopped working in our hallway. I chose not to get other bids when looking for an electrical company. I felt his price was fair and I was really happy that he was able to get in and get it done right away. I wouldn't hesitate to use Axis in the future

Power went out in our living and dining room and the breaker was not the problem. Axis was able to provide same day service and diagnosed and corrected the problem within an hour of arriving. They cleaned up after themselves, were professional and courteous. Their service fell within their estimate of cost. Will call again if we need an electrician.
