Description of Work: We had an external hard drive that was not responding when plugged in to the computer. Took it to ACE for diagnosis and possible repair. They gave me a fair price to perform the initial look, and possible solutions to any issues. They found the problem and quickly repaired the drive. We didn't lose any data in the process. We would use them again in a heart beat.

 + -1 moreTHEY FIXED IN ABOUT TWO DAYS. THE PEOPLE WERE EXCELLENT, THEY LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY AND NOT ONLY THAT, THEY OFFERED A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT SOLUTIONS. NOW A DAYS YOU DO NOT ALWAYS GET A LOT OF SOLUTIONS. I HAVE GONE BACK TO THEM ACTUALLY FOR ADVICE. I TALKED TO THE HEAD GUY AND HE TOLD ME THAT MY MOTHER DID NOT NEED A COMPUTER BECAUSE I WANTED TO BUY ONE FOR HER, SO HE LOST OUT ON BUSINESS, BUT THAT SHOWS THAT HE REALLY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
