Description of Work: The 72 Degrees fellow came out and did a thorough job. He told me that my ignitor seemed to be showing signs of early wear. He did what I asked him to do. No problems. He made a mild attempt to up-sale, but nothing pushy.

Description of Work: This was a call for a second opinion on a heater problem. My furnace is only about 10 years old. I had called another company and they had told me I needed a replacement piece, so expensive, that I might as well go ahead and replace the whole furnace. The technician from 72 Degrees, found what the actual problem was, and saved me a ton of money and bother
