Everything went well. The technician was friendly, polite and efficient. I have been told that I need to have this done every year or so, and since there wasn't a noticeable problem to be fixed, I can't really evaluate the results. But they seemed to do a good job, and haven't caused any problems. They did not try to sell me anything or convince me to get more work done, which I appreciate.

I contacted 72 Degrees after smelling an unusual odor coming from the HVAC vents. Technician Stony came out the same day as the call and inspected the system. He determined the heater blower motor had failed and provided an estimate for replacement of the motor and capacitor. Stony completely explained what he had found and the costs. Because of the age of the system, he conducted a further inspection of the heat exchanger and discovered several cracks in the heat exchanger that were probably the cause of the unusual odors we smelled. Using their flexible video camera, Stony showed me the cracks and explained the need for replacement. Stony explained the risk of combustion gases coming into the home. I72 Degrees was able to schedule the installation the following business day and provided temporary room heaters for our use while the heater was unusable. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the technicians that came to my home. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and neighbors.

All went well. I was told that in the near furture I would need to replace a part in the A/C.

The heater works great now! Before we purchased this home, the heater was in theory fully inspected and serviced. However, the filter had not been replaced and was completely clogged. We did not know that the filter was inside the unit, not at the return, so had not inspected it ourselves. The Serviceman did a full inspection, advised us on how to maintain the heater, the best filter type to use, and future service we might want to consider later this year. We were very happy with what was done, the responsiveness of the company, and the polite and helpful attitude of everyone we dealt with. Will deifnitely use this company again.

He was courteous and thorough inpecting and cleaning the furnace. He took his time to ensure all pieces were looked at and in order.

The company is a pleasure to deal with, from the person who answers the phone to technicians that come over. We now use them exclusively to service our heater and AC.

Terrific! They were extremely professional from the first contact with the office, to the bid process with Brad and final installation with Steve and Ben. The new furnace and thermostat work perfectly. They also promptly responded to some follow up revisions to one of the heating registers that was rather noisy with the more powerful furnace. We also required some additional work in the crawl space to properly configure a drain pipe that is required with the more energy efficient furnaces. All of the follow up work, like the original installation, was handled very professionally and responsively. This is a great company who lives up to their commitment to client service.

Bought a Big Deal Angies List deal and they did a pretty good job. Cleaned up after themselves, and answered some of the questions I came up with. Overall good experience.

The technician came out and did a thorough inspection, changed the filters, and counseled on changing every few months. He was friendly and professional -- didn't try to upsell.

Overall, it server performed was good. The technician showed up on time and did the job he was expected to do. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure our furnace was functioning properly. The work performed I probably could have done myself, but having someone who works on furnaces continuously come out to clean and inspect it made me feel better going into this winter.

I called them because I had water dripping from somewhere in my furnace. They called to schedule an appointment and I told them that the only time I would be unavailable was from 3:00-3:30 as I had to pick up my child. They arrived at 2:55. Great. I showed him the problem and left him in my garage. Not my chosen way to do things. When I returned at 3:20, he showed me the problem and the fix. The technician took the front cover off the furnace and right in front was a 4and quot; rubber hose that was cracked in several places and dripping water. He then took off 2 clamps, replaced the hose, and tightened back up the 2 clamps. We are talking about 1 minute for the 'diagnosis' and 4 minutes, tops!, for the fix. The only reason he was there for 30 minutes was he had to wait until I returned and then he wanted to sell me a new furnace! For this I was charged $231. Yes, I was told about the $99 diagnosis fee. But REALLY????? My home is less than 2 miles from their office - which is why I use them - I really believe in supporting local businesses and I am a past customer. If it were my business, I would have adjusted the charges. I do own a business and do things for my regular customers on a daily basis. I called the office to speak with the manager under the assumption that the technician didn't have the authority to waive fees, He was on vacation for the week so I left a message to have my call returned when he got back. He did not return my call. When I called again the next week and explained the situation he wasn't all that concerned. He reluctantly offered me a $50 refund for a coupon they had going. Overall the whole thing has left me with a bad taste. We will be replacing our furnace this year - most likely - and they will not be doing the work. Too bad they wanted the $231 instead of the thousands we will spend on the new furnace.

I had to call them back because I had a water leak but they came back quickly. I thought the people were very nice and the job looked good when they got done!

Our A/C broke down on one of the hottest days of the year. We had tried to turn it on about noon and weren't successful.We called 72 degrees as they had serviced it a year and a half ago through an Angie's special coupon offer. Kelly called us right back and told us they would see to it that someone would be out to help us at the end of the day and that it might be as late at 7PM.We were thrilled as we realized there were a lot of folks in our situation who had called in earlier. Kelly also told us she would call us before she left work at 5 to let us know how their day was going and an approximate time to expect someone. She followed through beautifully and we got the call and were told that Ben was on his way and we could expect him around 5:30. He showed up at 5:15 and was able to fix the A/C (two broken parts). He showed us what they were and explained how they worked. We are very impressed by their customer service, their professionalism and a fair price. Thank you 72 Degrees!

Initially started using this company from a "big deal" almost two years ago. They spent over two hours inspecting and servicing my equipment. Recommended I sign up for a service contract, which I did, for a very reasonable monthly price. Have been very happy since.

The furnace in my home was original to the house and well beyond its lifespan. I had narrowed down my selection of manufacturers to three and had done feature comparisons on various models of equipment. I've never taken on this type of project before and wanted to be somewhat prepared with questions when I interiewed different HVAC companies. Then I searched Angie's List looking for companies that carried my preferred hardware vendors. I also chose a big box store. I stopped by 72 Degrees office after work and made an appointment. Kelly was able to accommodate my request to have the appointment on my day off from work. Brad came to the house on time and with shoe coverings in hand. We discussed what I was looking for in a unit and then Brad got busy measuring each room and noting the number of windows and doors. He examined the old furnace. I thought he would leave and come back with a proposal and quote some time later, but he did the whole thing while he was there. He answered all my questions and concerns and he didn't try to oversell me. I found him very knowledgeable and professional. I was anxious to see how his recommendation and price quote would compare to my other vendor choice. There was no comparison...72 Degrees won hands down. The crew that came to do the install was equally knowledgeable and professional. They were quiet, clean, efficient and helpful. The entire installation took less than 2 days. Before they left I was given a complete tour of the work that was done and was shown how to program my new thermostat. I am thoroughly impressed with 72 Degrees! and I can't thank them enough for making this a very pleasant project.

The technician was sent out very quickly, knowing that the issue was a leaky heat exchanger and the furnace needed to be replaced right away. Unfortunately, the technician was wearing such heavy cologne that my husband could not stand next to him. The young man was very knowledgable, but didn't seem to and quot;getand quot; that we just wanted to replace our exisiting furnace with a like furnace, not upgrade or redo our whole heating system. He had good sales training, but took too long to understand what the customer wanted, and stop trying to and quot;upselland quot; us. The price quoted for the furnace we wanted was close to $1000 more than the next closest bid out of four vendors, even with the 10% Angies List discount.....

We had an amazingly positive experience with 72 Degrees from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend them! In a world of poor and mediocre service everywhere we turn it was extremely refreshing to be so completely impressed with a company. We have dealt with 3 different people at 72 Degrees during this process and each person has been professional, friendly, polite and even caring. Of course, we weren't thrilled by the idea of needing to buy a new furnace with no warning, out of the blue one day... So I feel even more surprised by how positively I feel about 72 Degrees since the circumstance we were in was definitely a negative one. Thank you 72 Degrees!

I originally contacted Air Pride 72 Degrees because of a Groupon offer. They were very professional to work with from beginning to end. Kelly at the office was accommodating and pleasant in booking our appointment. The technician Ben was thorough in his inspection and found some issues that needed attention. He offered assistance in explaining our thermostat and how to change the settings in the future. He left the furnace and area around it immaculate and was respectful of our home wearing boot covers each time he entered the house. I would definitely recommend this company for regular maintenance and will be calling them to service our heat pump in a few months.

Unfortunately, they found a cracked heat exchanger. I was faced with replacing that, putting it into a cheap system or buying a new furnace. I chose a new furnace, but didn't go with this company. Even so, it was very tough choosing between this company and the other I went with.

They are excellent. They are responsive, prompt, and do outstanding, clean work.
