Description of Work: I use 72 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning. They were here to service the heating and air conditioning system.

Description of Work: Fixed my air conditioning during a heat wave. They were quick to respond and efficient in diagnosing and repairing the problem.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioner and furnace. They were very communicative regarding scheduling and actively contacted me when earlier appointment times became available. They were punctual and professional and provided the lowest of three bids.

Description of Work: Responded to a mailer; they came out the next day, gave us a great price and we had full house air conditioning and a new furnace in two days of setting up the appointment. They left the house and yard clean and neat, were very good about explaining all the options and how best to use them. Got the service contract and they have already been here making sure everything is good for the summer season and will be back before winter. The system they installed is very quiet and efficient, lowering out utility bills.

Description of Work: THis was an inspection and tune-up. The service provider was friendly, prompt, and seemed to know what he was doing. I feel mixed about the service provided though as I have an old furnace. When he tested it, 1/2 way through the service the electronic module wouldnt fire the furnace and open the valve. He told me he couldnt proceed with the tuneup, and I could buy a new module for $250+ and he would install it for free and finish the service at that time. I told him, I understand and I woulod think about it. In the mean time I looked at the module, cleaned the contacts thoroughly and plugged it back in and it fired right up. So although I do not blame them for not completing the service or spending hours trying everything to troubleshoot it, I also feel like it was a simple fix, and I got a 1/2 a service. But they seemed reasonable and honest on everything, so I still give them a good review, just a bad situation.
