The technician did us a big favor by letting my grandson observe what he was doing. He really accommodated my grandson's curiosity. He was very sweet to do that for us. He did good quality work. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. He was here early and they also sent an email relaying which tech would be coming and confirming the date and time of the appointment. I found that to be very customer friendly. I was very impressed.

I started calling around to get someone to fix our furnace around 3:30 in the afternoon. Most places I called couldn't get me in until two days later. I made an appointment with one that could get me in the next day, but I called 72 degrees anyway. They said they could get a tech there within the hour (this was well after 4:00) so I jumped on it. They explained their pricing, and although it seemed like it was a little high, it seemed fair. They charge $99 for the diagnosis, then to have the work done they have a five tiered pricing system. So if you have problem A,B, or C, it was $132. D, E, or F and it was more, and so on. The tech came and diagnosed, thought he had the part on the truck but didn't, so he came out the next day at 8 in the morning. He tried to sell me a maintenance program but I wasn't interested. He also gave me quotes on a few other things I had mentioned I might want done (moving the air filter, etc.) Overall I was very happy with the work.

Jaylene was friendly and receptive on the phone, and Stony was the technician that came out to my loft. Both showed professionalism, Stony actually arrived early and completed the service before he said he would, which was about two hours. I'll be happy to use this company again in the Spring when I tune up the air-conditioner.

Like another of your customer complaints I also never got an estimate from this company. They send a representative out who spends over 3 hours measuring the home(other companies also measured the home and gave estimates in under 90 minutes). They then wrote three categories and three prices on a sheet of paper. They offered a discount for Angie's List members, good only if I signed up that day only. I said I would need more info than a number on a piece of typing paper with three numbers, but no details, IE brand, size, or model of furnace, and what piping changes he had pointed out would be addressed. He said he would have to ask at the office as to the best size and would get back. I called after over a week and he called two days later. Although I have gotten quotes from others such that I can tell him exactly which make and size we need for this home, I still have no quote. Don't waste your time sitting through the measurements with this firm as the end result is a price and a trust me "I'll install something good for you (only I won't say what)."

The new furnace (which was at the low end of the range of the initial estimate) was installed yesterday. The technicians who did the work were prompt and thorough, and left our garage floor cleaner than they found it! And Jaylene, who answers the phone, has to be one of the most pleasant, professional people I've ever spoken with. The company has excellent customer service.

I didn't know what part of my heating system was alive and what could be taken out, so they showed me how the duct wouldn't work anymore, and how they could remove it for me. They then looked at my furnace and just told me a couple of things about the furnace. They knew a lot about it and really knew what they were talking about.

I called on a Friday and they had someone out the next day. He was 3 hours late past the appointment time because his previous call was much more complicated than expected. The main office did call once to say the repairman would be delayed. After figuring out what was causing the problem, he thought he had a replacement part in the truck but it turned out not to be right for our age of A/C. Here it was the end of the work day on what turned out to be a very hot afternoon and I know he was exhausted. Nonetheless, the repairman drove 15 miles into town and got the part and came back out that evening and installed it.

The office called about 40 minutes before the appointment time and asked whether or not the technician could come early as he was finished with his previous job. He arrived promptly and was knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

The experience went well from the start. Skylar spent almost two hours measuring and checking our home, from the crawl space to confirming the wall insulation. He gave us a quote that ended up being revised downward at installation since we did not need as large a unit as originally priced. The company was responsive and did a professional job, and the experience was a good one.

I found this company to be highly professional in all respects. And did an outstanding and prompt job of installing a new heating and air filtration system in my home. The personnel were highly trained, certified and friendly. Mr Schuyler Lemler, the companies comfort adviser, thoroughly analyzed the heating requirements by measuring the exact square footage of my home, the number and type of windows and the type of insulation in the walls and the attic. This requirements analysis was so thorough that it took several hours. The owner of the company, Mr Steven Green, with an assistant, personally installed a top of the line Trane furnace with a variable speed fan, a new Trane electronic air filter, and the programmable thermostat. My breathing difficulties, caused by air borne allergens, were gone within one day. Mr Green rebuilt part of the air duct system to improve air flow in my home at no extra charge. I am extremely pleased with the work done by this company, and would highly recommend it to others.

He came very quickly, was extremely friendly and polite, putting plastic over his shoes so as not to get our floors muddy, and explained how we may turn on the heater ourselves in the future should it cease working again.

Salesman Schuyler was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent communication. Great interaction before the sale, during the install and afterwards. (Even the lady who answers the office phone was great!)

This is the most thorough and polite company I have dealt with. They actually called to see if they could arrive early and came early. The technician put shoe covers on his shoes when entering. During the process, he explained what he was doing and what could be done in the future. And he cleaned up after the check-up. I will definitely use them next year. This is customer service!

They seemed very nice, but I couldn't see why they needed to measure the whole house. The other estimates I got were based on square footage and my existing furnace. They also pressured me some to have my husband here and frankly having us BOTH here for a hour and a half just to get a bid is a waste of time.

This company was fantastic. Matt came early, used shoe covers, cleaned up his mess, and seemed to do great work. This was just an annual service call, but the first time we had used this company. Matt was very polite and sensitive about being in our home. Our furnace is working fine, but they do have some sort of work guarantee. We will definitely use them again.

It went very well. Mark is an excellent technician. He does a great job and is a nice person. He was on time, efficient, neat, clean and did the job thoroughly and quickly. He cleaned up after his visit and showed me how the ducts look from the inside thanks to new technology.

This is a company with great communication. From our initial phoned request for an estimate to the last sweep of the broom, 72 Degrees provided the quality of service that we would all desire when we open our home to contractors. The house is now so much more comfortable, the heat regulated as never before. The installation process was very smooth and punctual. We would recommend 72 Degrees without reservation. While the total price might seem high, we were satisfied with having reviewed several options and with the quality of parts, labor, and warranted work.
