+ -1 moreAfter looking all over the internet for a good home inspector on the coast, we found Oregon Inspections and are so happy we did! We called Jack on a Friday night around 7pm, and he agreed to meet us at the house that Sunday. He arrived earlier than expected and immediately got started on his exterior inspection. He was extremely thorough, and had extensive knowledge of codes and requirements. He even pulled my husband and I aside a few times to point out and discuss some issues he had found (nothing major, but things worth noting immediately). His inspection report was super easy to read, accompanied by pictures and details, and it was sent to us within 24 hours. The best part of the whole process though, was Jack's willingness to help us even after the inspection was well over and paid for. When we had additional projects that we wanted completed, Jack was a wealth of information, even providing a number of referral companies for us. We are fairly skeptical people, and we really trust him. We highly recommend him.
