I hired him based mainly on the strong recommendation of my father in law, for whom Kyle has done many projects on various properties. Kyle arrived promptly when expected and continued to be very communicative and thorough throughout the job. His estimate of the timeline was accurate and they completed the job on time. The house looks great! We couldn't be happier with the end result.
Description of Work: Painting our house and outbuildings and repairing some damaged siding and one damaged exterior door.

+ 1 moreMe and my wife moved into our first home in May. We thought we were going to be able to remodel and renovate the home ourselves, but quickly found out it just wasn't for us. After looking around and getting quotes from some of the other companies in Portland we finally came across Kyle Stevens at Karoo. He understood what we wanted done, and was able to help improve some of our ideas while also saving us A LOT OF MONEY! He reworked our flooring and touched up our interior paint. It was exactly what we needed and couldn't do ourselves. It was a pleasure working with Kyle. He is a friendly and hardworking contractor that won't let you down. I would hire him again in a heart beat.
