+ -1 moreCarolyn was a pleasure to work with as she was responsive, flexible and did a great job. She even finished ahead of schedule. The stripes are completely gone and my kitchen is now all earth tones, just the way I like it.
Description of Work: Painting the walls of the bottom floor of my home. There was a multicolored racing stripe on the walls around the entire bottom floor of the house. Also the walls in the kitchen were a deep pink. Colorful, but not my style.

+ -1 moreFar better than I ever hoped! They gave excellent guidance on color selection and paint quality. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They removed paint from old hardware and left everything shining. The painters were very nice and patient with our pets and questions. We were good friends by the end of their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Great company to work with.
Description of Work: We needed interior painting of our 115-year old farmhouse in St Helens. It had been a long time since it was last painted and that was not well-done.

Description of Work: I contacted Carolyn during my search for someone to paint the exterior of my home. I asked for a website address, references and photos of their work...they don't have a website and she would put together references and photos, which I never received. That's one red flag. Carolyn said she might be able to come over on a weekend to discuss the project, but then didn't show up and, more importantly, didn't contact me to advise she couldn't make it. Poor communication - 2nd red flag. Instead, unknown to me, she showed up while I was at work, and walked around the property, and I didn't like that...she should have asked if it was okay to do that without anyone home. She submitted a quote that didn't include the deck, saying she didn't know if I wanted it included and so didn't measure it. I can't speak to the quality of their workmanship, but administratively they are poor.

+ -1 moreThey're a family business and they're super friendly. They're very proficient at painting. They're also very clean when painting, they don't get paint on anything and clean up after themselves. They're very quick, reliable, and punctual.
Description of Work: They painted the entire interior of our house, roughly 2800 square feet.
