"The only reason this company is getting even one star is because you have to in order to complete the review. Gutter Guys NW never showed up to do the installation of our gutters. We called them twice during the day as it got later and later and were told both times that they would contact dispatch/ scheduling and have them call us. Never received a callback. This continued for three days until we went with a different company. We never received any callbacks from dispatch/scheduling and no one in the office was ever able to tell us why we were just blown off. On the final day, I asked to speak with a supervisor and/or management and of course, there wasn't one available. SO unprofessional! I absolutely would NOT recommend Gutter Guys NW!"
