Kat and her husband work as an effective team and they go far beyond most contractors to get the product exactly where you want it, including difficult locations. I called them twice on very short notice (less than half a day), and they showed up on time and in good humor. Their truck is smaller than the usual big 15 yard trucks and more agile, and they are willing to take the time to figure out how to comply with a customer's needs if at all possible. For instance, to pour sand for a slab base, I had to get it poured through a framed opening in the lower story of my new house. To do it, Kat had to back the loaded truck up a short but steep dirt incline. She saved us hours of shoveling and wheel barrow carrying by getting the load inside the building.
