Anthony was professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. He showed up and gave good advice based on his experience. He was more than willing to do what we wanted if we disagreed but we went with his suggestions and have no regret. He was respectful of the property and interior of the house, and completed the work on time. We had to extend the time out because there was more mold than anticipated for the siding part. He kept appointments with us and checked in regularly by phone (we live in Eugene). I can't say enough about Anthony's work.

This company was originally hired to replace a sagging, dilapidated deck. When the old deck was removed, water damage was discovered under the siding. This led to replacing the siding on the entire house, along with underlying rot repair. This also led to the majority of the windows and all of the sliding doors being replaced.After the siding was completed, the replacement deck was finally built. This was really a major project. Tony was great to work with, and appeared to be very knowlegeable in his craft. He was able to respond to all my questions, and gave good, solid advice on what needed to be done, and why. There were only two areas of concern to me in this project. First, there were some personnel issues with the employees. There were days when people were expected to show up and didn't , thereby causing a slowdown or rescheduling. Second, I wish he would have told me that I had the option of having the siding pre-painted. I don't recall him ever bringing it up, but overall I think I would have preferred it on this 3-story house. As they say, hindsight is 20/20. Tony pays attention to detail, and is very thorough. He is respectful of the property and occupants, and is trustworthy. I would not hesitate in the slightest to hire Tony again. July/August 2014: I finally got to see the completed deck. (I was not able to view the work when it was originally completed.) The work done by Anthony McNees Construction was outstanding. Very impressive. As stated before, Tony's work is top-notch, and I would not hesitate to hire him again.
