Our dog was a "roamer" and, for her safety, we needed a solution other than taking her outside on a leash every time she needed go out. We met with David and Elizabeth, the owners DogWatch, to talk about the hidden fence system, and discussed our needs as well as our dog's needs. It's evident they love dogs and had everyone's best interests at heart. The DogWatch system was installed in one day. The installer took great care to be tidy and clean up after himself. David & Elizabeth trained our dog to the new system, and showed us how to reinforce her training. They also supplied us with two indoor units to keep our dog away from the cats' food. DogWatch's customer service has been excellent. They've responded to inquiries immediately, and have always been prompt, cheerful and courteous.
