Description of Work: I have not had my appointment yet - however, Christy, who returned my call has been really great in trying to help me over the phone first! She gave me very good instructions on what and how to do a self-check on my pellet stove. And also set an appointment "just in case" so that I would not get pushed back on the schedule. At this time it still looks like someone will have to come out and check my stove, so I will comment on the rest of the questions at that time.
