+ -1 moreIt wasn't much work; just a little bit. They don't do the stumps but they do take the trees down. They don't grind the stumps. He didn't do very much work for us so it was pretty cheap. We lost a couple trees and the city took care of that. The branches in the backyard that aren't the city's property, that's what he did. I'm perfectly happy with Mark. They clean up their mess. This wasn't a big job at all, it was just one hour to complete it. In the past it's been more than one that came out, but it was just him this time.
Description of Work: We had a couple of branches that had broken in the ice storm that we hadn't gotten around to yet . He did that and just a little bit of extra pruning; they trimmed the trees.

+ -1 moreMark did a splendid job and worked extremely hard. He provided thoughtful recommendations for preserving the beauty and health of my trees. He then proceeded with efficiency and competence, while taking care to not damage my property or irrigation. He had a helper to assist him with picking up the branches as he carefully climbed the trees and pruned. They worked together like well-oiled machinery. After completing a tree, Mark was open to feedback on the height and so forth to make sure it was visually pleasing to me. He left my yard in tip-top shape with everything hauled off. My trees look simply stunning! I will use him in the future for other trees on my property. Finally, I should ad that Mark employed prudent safety precautions, was punctual, and had a pleasant disposition. He is someone you can trust to be on your property. (Happily, today is the first stormy day in years that I am not facing a two hour job picking up dead branches scattered all over the lawn!)
Description of Work: Pruned dead branches in 5 very large oak trees to 20-25ft, sometimes higher. Felled trunk/removed large dead portion of a big locust tree. Cleaned up and removed all debris.

Description of Work: Mark removed a fairly large tree from our back yard, 3 medium trees from the front yard and also cut down several arborvitaes for us.

Description of Work: Removal of four pine trees. Chip all branches and haul away debris. Rake site clean and cut trunk wood into 16" firewood rounds.

+ 0 moreMark was puctual and professional. My wife and I have used him twice a year for several years and are always pleased with the price and the results.
Description of Work: Mark came by and gave an estimate for cleaning our roof, gutters and pruning the fir tree in our front yard. The estimate was very reasonable and he made an appointment to perform the service later in the week. He came by on the scheduled date and time, did everything we requested, cleaned up and carted off the debris.
