Lloyd has been servicing our home for more than 2 years. We purchased a home that sat unoccupied for several years and had a very large ant population. Lloyd worked with us to manage the ants and within a season they were completely gone. I haven't seen a single ant in the house this year. Since this, we have Lloyd visit on a maintenance schedule and it makes a huge difference. Well worth the cost of the service!

Lloyds' quickly found the rats' food source in my garage...boxes of unused unopened boxed up cat food. Lloyds was knowledgeable and discussed my problem professionally without being condescending. We discussed several options to rid the rats, feeling no pressure, no long term contracts, no hidden costs or upgrades. Their service fees were reasonable and I was able to pick one that addressed my situation and my budget, which included 4 more weekly visits to observe and manage the problem. Lloyds found out where the rats we getting in and out and took care of that as well. This is week 3 and the rat population had dwindled to where I actually haven't even seen or heard one. I haved lived in the same house for 25 years and never even saw a rat! I felt so violated. Haven't heard or seen evidence of the little critters in the house either. I feel I was fortunate to have chosen Lloyds and that the problem was in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Lloyds Pest Control.

Lloyd has done a great job. The mice are gone from our attic and crawl space and he checks everything and replaces all the bait every other month.

Prompt and shows up when he says he will, calls the day before to remind and confirm appointments. Professional, very knowledgeable about the products he uses and the pests he is targeting. I am on contract and if something comes up between visits (an ant outbreak for example), I call and he comes and addresses that issue with follow ups. Pricing is very competitive. After 30 years, I finally have a company that knows what they are doing. Lloyd's attention to details is the amazing part He really takes Pride in his work and it shows.
