+ -1 moreThey called me back promptly, came out promptly, gave a good inspection and estimate. Showed up on time, did the work fast, right, and as promised, cleaned up and there were no surprises on the bill. They also took care of a couple of unusual problems with our roof install such as dealing with a deck cover integration and a solar tube problem. What else can you ask for? I would recommend High and Dry to others (and already have).

Description of Work: I needed two layers of roofing torn off, new osb sheathing, and new shingles installed on my rental. Mr Valenzuela's company was the only one that gave me an accurate estimate. Every other company omitted some aspect of the work I was requesting. His bid was competitive with the other bids that were missing elements my request.

Description of Work: First of all I must tell you that I did call for 3 roofing estimates, 2 of them being from one of the two big roofers in Lane County, and only one of these companies got back to me, and that was about 9 days after I made my initial call to get an estimate to have my roof replaced. The third company I called was High and Dry Roofing, and they responded with a call back within 5 hours and an appointment was set for an estimate. On my estimate day, they arrived at stated time and were very professional in their estimate as everything was explained to me so that I had a clear understanding what was being estimated and why since my insurance company was only willing to replace 1/2 of my roof from storm damage. In 2 days I had estimate in hand and already decided to give the work to the "smaller" provider of roofers as they are always the last to be called by most. The work started this past Monday and will be complete by tomorrow. I can tell you that the work crew consists of 4 workers and they have shown up 8:00AM sharp and work until 4:00PM. There is no slacking here. Always at a fast pace and very well mannered, and by the way, they did replace the entire roof. I would recommend this roofer (Julio the owner) to anyone. They are pros at what they do.
