+ -1 moreI was disappointed. Both times we met she was late. She didn't do things she said she would do (bleach kitchen counters and sink; remove spider webs from walls and ceilings; clean woodwork). She talked a lot. Positives: The electric range and refrigerator were completely clean; there was no dirt in corners of the tile floor. She was not asked to clean windows, but she did and they were clean with no streaks. (Shower needed grout repair, so she was asked not to clean it.)
Description of Work: cleaned a small vacant apartment (completely rebuilt in 2005 and still in near-new condition)
