Pretty well. Took a couple of appointments to review details and go over drawings. Installation went well. The wood and custom work look phenomenal. A large variety of options to choose from, and if they don't have it they can order what you want when it comes to the vanity top, sink, cabinet hardware. We're very happy with the end result. It helped to have an idea as to what we wanted when we walked through the door - bringing example pictures helped too. Gave a B on price because we didn't find anywhere else that custom made - but the work blows away other "order-in, custom made cabinets" picked out of a catalog. Gave a B on responsiveness, but I don't recall any specific issues with that project.

The cabinets were refaced and the doors looked very nice .The problem was they didn't predrill the cabinets and overtightened screws cracking my existing frames . The countertop installers came in to measure and the bases were out of level so they could not do it. Since snow's installed the doors the day before my doors will look out of square now with the countertop . When the work was first quoted I was told it would be no problem to do this work .The "craftsman ' should have known how level the top of bases needed to be and let me know . I am not a professional carpenter but I am a tool maker and know what issues on certain projects need to be addressed in my profesion. I laser leveled the top myself since I do not trust their work now. The appointment time for the new countertop fitting has been miscommunicated by snow's and now am afraid they will not do a quality job either .
