+ -1 moreCalled Dan and left a message. He returned the call within the hour and scheduled service for the next day. Gave me an estimate of $250 - $400 to repair the cracks over the phone. Showed up the next day at the appointed time and proceeded to fix the cracks for $350. No drama, nice guy....
